Acarinarium

Acarinarium: Пчела Xylocopa pubescens, переносящая клещей.

Acarinarium (лат.) — общий термин для различных анатомических структур у насекомых, способствующих более лёгкому прикреплению клещей-мутуалистов. Встречается у перепончатокрылых (Hymenoptera), в частности, пчёл и ос. Термин был введён немецким энтомологом Вальтером Рёпке (нем. Walter Karl Johann Roepke)^[1].
